Shipping and Returns
Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Orders over $100.00 automatically qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Orders returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days have passed, orders returned within 60 days of purchase are eligible for online store credit. If more than 60 days have passed since your order was placed, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, normal wear and tear of any product is not considered defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your item is eligible for refund. Please note, we do not accept any returns post 60 days from purchase.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account to ensure it has not been received.Then contact your credit card company and/or bank. Please note, refunds may take up to 30 days to fully process.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must not be damaged and must still be in their original packaging. After 30 days, items are not eligible for exchange. Please email us at info@hydefortyseven for an exchange.
